If I can ask you, write what you found out that you are overweight. I understand that you like sweets, but they make us start to gain weight. I suggest that you always have a box with peeled carrots ready in the refrigerator. When you feel like having sweets, reach for this box. When it comes to dietary guidelines, it is essential to eat 5 meals a day regularly (8.00, 11.00, 14.00, 17.00, 20.00). The last meal should not contain simple sugar (e.g. fruit) and fats. In between meals, drink water, vegetable juices, and eat vegetables. You can eat any amount of vegetables during the day (minimum 0.5 kg). Exclude high-energy snacks such as crisps, sticks, fast food from your diet. Try not to eat fried foods. Ask for the preparation of meat and fish, boiled, stewed or baked in foil. You can eat 2 different fruits during the day. Remember not to skip meals. Fasting and eating 1 or 2 meals a day help you gain weight.
