I know that this is not the he althiest method to curb hunger, because I am getting fat. As a rule, I eat very high caloric rolls with sausage or cheese. What can I replace them with? I mean a "stomach filler".

Reach for products with a high content of dietary fiber. Yogurt mixed with wheat bran can also be a good filler.
