I'm 21 years old. A year and a half ago, I ate a lot of sweets, took birth control pills and walked a lot. I was slim and not gaining weight at all. Now my lifestyle has changed. I spend most of my time sitting (studying, computer) and unfortunately I can't change that. I gained a lot of weight, especially in my thighs and buttocks. I can't exercise (I don't like it anyway), so I try to compensate for it with a diet. And so, for example, I cannot deny myself sweets - so I eat them for breakfast (I usually nibble on all parts of dry biscuits, without any filling or mass). Later, usually a light lunch (e.g. boiled fish or grilled chicken with salad) and coffee with milk for dinner. I don't know if I'm doing right, but I don't know how to do it either. I really care to throw off what I have "earned" and, what's more - do not gain any further weight! I don't know, maybe some pills will help, maybe teas? I don't want to lose my figure by studying!

Please do not believe in miracle pills! There are no miracles. I understand that your lifestyle has changed, but the consequence of this is fat storage. You do not like to exercise … If you do not want to gain weight, a swimming pool, gym or other physical activity is essential. You wrote two words about your diet. I can't say too much, but from what you write you eat very badly. As for chewing on a part of the cookie to eat the less caloric part … it's even hard for me to comment on it. You can afford sweets, but once in a while, e.g. once a week or two. Especially now, with sedentary work without physical activity. If you are interested, I can write your nutritional plan, recommendations that you should follow in order not to gain weight. My number 0880 320 590
