Nutrition alone is not enough to increase the growth of muscle mass. In addition to proper nutrition, proper training is also needed. I recommend increasing the supply of protein in the diet, because it is the building block of our muscles. I don't know how the Lord has eaten so far. I suggest introducing 2 additional meals to 4-5 basic meals - carbohydrate and protein supplements.
