Week 15.01.17.01.18.01.19.01.20.01 ago I started learning cross-country skiing. For three days I fell 4 times but I did not feel any ailments. On Sunday evening I started to feel muscle pains, my whole body ached, my temperature was 38.3. I thought the flu was starting. On Monday morning the temperature was .37.4. On Tuesday there was pain below the waist in the tailbone area. I can't sit down unless with a pillow. I feel faint sometimes. Temperature in the evening 38.4 and in the morning 37.2. Today I had trouble with a bowel movement. The temperature today is 37.2. I'm pale. I am asking for advice. Regards
