It all started with a depression that lasted for about 2 years (I've never seen a doctor with it). Later, the thoughts started to haunt me that I was killing my boyfriend (whom I love very much). Sometimes it seems to me that I can't stand it, that I will lose control and kill him in the end. This is killing me. I want to see a doctor, but I'm very scared. My biological mother was mentally ill, but I don't know exactly what disease. I am begging you for help

Nobody can tell you that it's incurable. Very sad fact. Such intrusive thoughts that will hurt someone terrible, ARE NEVER IMPLEMENTED. The sick person is afraid that he can do it in a moment of blackout or insanity, but it NEVER happens! Please go to a psychiatrist, there are drugs for this. And it is best to supplement psychopharmacological treatment with psychotherapy. You live in Krakow, it is not so difficult to obtain such help.
