I am depressed and therefore take a drug called Doxepin - 10 mg. Recently I found out about a new herbal preparation called Rhodiolin - effective in the treatment of depression. I would like to know if I can safely take both drugs - Doxepin and Rhodiolin at the same time.

I did not know anything about this herbal medicine, I did not find it in a book about herbs, not a word in the serious Polish lists of herbal medicines. I looked on the internet - and was speechless: it was a cure for almost everything. It is supposed to immunize against infections and stress, protect the liver, improve mood and libido, have antioxidant and anti-cancer effects … I do not believe in such drugs, especially those discovered a few years ago, which are to be known in the East for centuries. And I believe in good producer's income, because 1 op. is to cost PLN 118. All in all: I don't know what it is, I wouldn't use it myself, and I can't say anything about combining it with Doxepine. Regards!
