Hello, I have had pains in both breasts and armpits for 1.5 months. I have already visited my GP, who sensed enlarged nodes in the armpits. I did blood tests, ultrasound of the armpits, lymph nodes and the abdominal cavity, and an X-ray of the chest. The tests went well and the ultrasound did not detect any enlargement of the lymph nodes. I did not visit the gynecologist, because I gave up reassured by the results. The pain seemed to have subsided. For a week I had the feeling that my breasts didn't hurt anymore. Now he was starting to tease again. It does not hurt very much, but I feel that my breasts are sensitive to touch and it is a great discomfort for me. My second period is approaching with this ailment and it still does not stop. I exclude pregnancy. What could it be? The OB turned out well, there was nothing on the ultrasound (the woman also examined her breasts on the ultrasound). I still think it might be cancer. What else should I do? Currently, I do not have insurance, so I postpone the visit to the gynecologist, because I do not have much money anymore. I am asking for advice.

Pain in both breasts and armpits can hurt as a result of hormonal changes or inflammatory changes caused by, for example, shaving the armpits or using deodorants. If the breast ultrasound is normal and the nodes are inflamed, please do not shave your armpits for 2-3 weeks and do not use deodorants. Are your breasts leaking?
