Hello. For over a year I had recurrent mycosis (it came out in culture and Escherichia coli, cytology - "2"), initially I was treated with various medications (unsuccessfully or the effect was short-lived), without doing any tests. I have not had relapses for 2 months, because the treatment is for a longer period - Flucofast once a week, additionally I take a probiotic every day. In this regard, I have a question - how long can you take antifungal drugs? What to do if the mycosis returns after stopping the medication? Could such recurrent mycoses negatively affect fertility?

You did not provide information whether the mycosis was confirmed in the inoculation. Fungi multiply if the physiological flora of the vagina is disturbed. Probiotic and intimate hygiene fluid should be enough. Has the partner been examined and treated? Recurring mycoses should not affect fertility.
