Good morning. I am 43 years old, 2 births, no miscarriages. Pap smear was always OK, but three months ago I had colposcopy due to suspected CIN and HPV (first abnormalities in the cytology examination). The results of the samples taken from the cervix and uterine cavity came out well. Before the procedure, the doctor told me that I had an erosion on my neck. After the procedure, I kept staining all the time, the menstrual period was extremely long and plentiful. After menstruation, spotting with vivid red blood again. A visit to the K clinic - cervical coagulation (the doctor found that he was slightly bleeding one spot on the cervix). He recommended vaginal pessaries to aid healing and a follow-up visit in 3 months. For 2 months, I stained the same way all the time, so I went to the doctor sooner. He examined me with a speculum and said that this could be the case after this procedure and that I should come in six months, not sooner, and that I should not panic … . My entire lower abdomen and lumbar spine hurt. After a few days, I privately went to another gynecologist, but he found out during the examination that the cervix was not there at all, there was a wound oozing with blood, and that I had to return to the hospital clinic to see this doctor and demand detailed explanations, because the picture from his tests and results, hospital records do not agree and it looks as if they were related to 2 completely different cases. I'm afraid to go back to the same place. I was also tormented by the fact that there was no mention of coagulation on the discharge, because it was later on the visit to Lieutenant Gin. and I don't think I mentioned it to this doctor because I was so panicked and stressed out, and he was conducting the conversation in a short and specific manner. I wonder if I can still bleed my cervix after the coagulation that was in early December, could it still be an undiagnosed problem for another medical condition? What to do now? I am asking for help … Magdalena
It is difficult for me to assess the situation without examining you, but if the other gynecologist said that there is no cervix, only a wound oozing blood, I am also of the opinion that you should return to the hospital and ask for clarification and provision of this bleeding cervix . There may be a few days of bleeding and soiling after coagulation and the wound should heal. If he is afraidIf you return to this hospital, you can independently ask for help elsewhere and perform an ultrasound examination. You shouldn't bleed as much after the cuttings or after coagulation.
