I'm 25 weeks pregnant and I'm worried because my anti-Kell test is positive, but my husband and I have positive blood groups: I have ABRHD + and my husband has ARH +. What does this mean? During my first pregnancy, I had no problems. I have no idea why this result came out. Does this result affect the fetus?
Test result shows anti-Kell antibodies. It is a serological conflict. I advise you to visit a doctor. In this case, you will have your antibody titre marked and, depending on the result, action will be taken - either it will only be a check-up, or an assessment of the flow in the vessels of the fetus and possible treatment of anemia in the fetus.
