I have a problem with my daughter's obesity - she is 11 years old and weighs 65 kg. Can you prescribe a diet for me?

Hello Mrs. Dorothy,
First of all, you need to think about why your daughter is obese. Does she love to eat, does she buy her own food, get money for the second breakfast, ask for extra help, or maybe someone from the family, who wants the best (most often grandmothers play this role), feeds his daughter? Does obesity concern your family or only the child? Mrs. Dorothy, slimming or actually changing a child's eating habits requires the participation of the whole family. Unfortunately, we also have to be "on a diet" in this case, we must be a model and support the child with all our heart. I think a food diary for a baby girl would be a nice idea. Then she would arrange a diet for herself. Let him write down in it for a week what he eats, in what amounts and at what times. It's nice if she also wrote down a few words about the situation in which she was eating and on a scale from 0-3 how hungry she was. The lady can do the same to make her daughter feel better. Be honest with yourself and make notes of everything, even these "nutritional blunders". After a few days, do the so-called "examination of conscience". Take a close look at your writings. Are there sweets or extra food eaten between meals? Do you eat when you are not hungry? Mark with a marker what you think should be improved. After about 7 days, let each of you weigh yourself. In the next week, eat what you did in the last week, only without the products marked with a marker. At the end of the week, re-weigh yourself and see if the weight has gone down. When everything goes well, try to gradually implement the following rules: do not leave without breakfast, eat regularly every 3-4 hours, about 4-5 meals. Let my daughter go to school to take sandwiches made of wholemeal bread, fruit and yoghurts. For dinner, eat baked or boiled fish with vegetables or chicken. Eat the last meal 3 hours before bedtime. Every day eat: skim milk, lean white cheese, natural or grain yoghurt, lean meat or fish, vegetables, fruit, wholemeal bread, groats, rice, pasta. Limit fatty dairy products, fatty meat. These are generalities. To compose a diet, I would have to learn more about my daughter's dietary history and dietary preferences. A child's diet must be tasty and adjusted to what he or she likes. It cannot cause him undue stress and increase tension. Therefore, only after collecting accurate information, I could arrange itdiet.
Regards and good luck
