I received a referral from the National He alth Fund for a trip to a sanatorium in Kamień Pomorski, but I have a very poor journey, with 4 changes. I have had back surgery for this and I am forbidden to lift. I would like to write to the National He alth Fund a request for a change of place. How to do it?
In the matter of changing the sanatorium, you should contact directly the branch of the National He alth Fund. The legal regulations do not apply to such a situation.
It can be indicated, however, that the act of confirming (not confirming) referral to spa treatment performed by the department pursuant to Art. 33 paragraph 2 u.ś.o.z. it is not a consequence of the existence of any en titlement or obligation on the part of the recipient, and therefore cannot be considered an administrative decision, subject to appeal and complaint.
