Easily digestible diet is a medical diet, the menu of which is recommended in many diseases, especially in intestinal diseases, after operations or poisoning, as well as for the elderly. An easily digestible diet provides products that do not burden the stomach and are low in volume. Easily digestible dietis a curative diet, the menu of which is recommended in many cases, incl. in inflammation of the gastric mucosa, in gastric ulcer, duodenal ulcer, enteritis, in diarrhea, in convalescence after surgery, in the elderly. The menu ineasily digestible dietincludes, inter alia, lean meats and cold cuts, lean dairy products, wheat bread, white rice, fine pasta etc. Foods are steamed, in water, stewed or baked in foil.

Easily digestible diet - menu for a week (7 days). Day 1

Breakfast - a wheat roll smeared with butter with 2 slices of good quality poultry meat, lettuce and peeled tomato

Second breakfast - baked apple

Lunch - steamed trout 250g, boiled young carrots with a teaspoon of butter, boiled potato 150-200g

Afternoon tea - natural yoghurt 200g

Dinner - zucchini cream soup:

Composition:

  • 0.5 l of water,
  • half a cup of 2% milk,
  • 3 large courgettes,
  • parsley root,
  • 1/3 celery root,
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley,
  • half a small onion,
  • s alt.

Preparation method:

  1. Put the peeled and chopped vegetables and parsley into boiling water.
  2. Cook for 25 minutes. When the vegetables are soft, add milk, season and blend.

Easily digestible diet - menu for a week (7 days). Day 2

Breakfast - 2-3 soft-boiled eggs, 2 peeled tomatoes with 1 tablespoon of olive oil

Second breakfast - cottage cheese 100g with 1 tablespoon of natural yoghurt and 1 teaspoon of honey

Lunch - beef stew served with millet

Composition:

  • 150 g beef,
  • 2 carrots,
  • 1 parsley root,
  • ½ teaspoon ground cumin,
  • teaspoon of thyme,
  • s alt,
  • pepper,
  • 3 bay leaves,
  • parsley,
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil.

Preparation method:

  1. Stew the beef (minced or in pieces) in oil with bay leaves and add water.
  2. Peel the carrots and parsley and cut them into half slices. Toss it over the meat.
  3. Add turmeric, thyme, ground cumin and stir.
  4. At the end of cooking, season with s alt, pepper and other spices if needed.
  5. Sprinkle with parsley on the plate.

Afternoon tea - 2 peeled nectarines

Dinner - stewed spinach with 100 g of boiled chicken breast with millet

Breakfast - rice flakes (5 tablespoons), boiled in milk (a glass) with blueberries

Second breakfast - 2 slices of graham bread with butter with 2 slices of good quality poultry sausage, lettuce and peeled tomato

Lunch - turkey 200 g baked in foil with peeled zucchini and poured with 1 tablespoon of olive oil

Afternoon tea - 1-2 cups of buttermilk

Dinner - 5 tablespoons of quinoa stew with half of the peeled zucchini and half a can of tomatoes on a tablespoon of coconut oil, add basil, herbes de Provence, a pinch of s alt

Easily digestible diet - menu for a week (7 days). Day 4

Breakfast - 3 scrambled eggs steamed or on a fat-free frying pan with 3 slices of good quality cold cuts and a handful of young spinach

Second breakfast - a few biscuits, a ripe pear without peel

Lunch - cream soup of baked vegetables with meatballs

Composition:

  • 400 g minced poultry or veal,
  • 1 egg,
  • small eggplant or zucchini,
  • 3 tomatoes,
  • 2 red peppers,
  • 1 small onion,
  • 1 clove of garlic,
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil,
  • 1 teaspoon of fresh oregano leaves,
  • s alt,
  • pepper.

Preparation method:

  1. Wash vegetables. Prick the eggplants with a fork.
  2. Place all vegetables in an ovenproof dish lined with baking paper and sprinkle with olive oil.
  3. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C and bake the vegetables, covered, for about 30 minutes. Meanwhile, boil 0.7 liters of water.
  4. Mix the minced meat with the egg and season it. Shape into small balls and add to the boiling water.
  5. Take the vegetables out of the oven.
  6. Cool and peel, remove the nests from the peppers.
  7. Peeled vegetablesmix. Add to the broth with meatballs.
  8. Season with oregano, s alt and pepper.

Afternoon tea - boiled young green beans with 1 tablespoon of butter

Dinner - a wheat roll smeared with butter with high-quality sausage, lettuce and peeled tomato

Easily digestible diet - menu for a week (7 days). Day 5

Breakfast - milk soup with dumplings

Second breakfast - semolina boiled in water with homemade raspberry juice

Lunch - carrot cutlets served with couscous

Composition:

  • 300 g ground beef,
  • grated 2 large raw carrots,
  • 1 tablespoon ground linseed or flax flour,
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil,
  • 3 tablespoons of wheat or buckwheat bran,
  • savory,
  • thyme,
  • s alt and pepper,
  • 1 tablespoon rapeseed oil.

Preparation method:

  1. Combine all ingredients and form them into patties.
  2. Brush the pan with oil and 3-4 tablespoons of water and heat up. Then arrange the patties.
  3. Simmer for 20-25 minutes.

Afternoon tea - one-day vegetable juice of any flavor

Dinner - spinach stewed in water with an egg and a few tablespoons of natural yogurt mixed with couscous

Breakfast - omelette made of 1 egg, 2 egg whites and 1 tablespoon of wheat flour prepared on a fat-free frying pan (possibly smeared with 1 teaspoon of clarified butter) with a handful of young spinach and 3 slices of good quality sausage

Lunch - 200 g natural yoghurt, peach peeled

Lunch - 200 g of baked trout with fresh thyme, boiled potato 150-200 g, boiled carrot with young peas

Afternoon tea - rusks dipped in milk

Dinner - pumpkin cream with coconut milk

Composition:

  • 500 g of pumpkin,
  • 2 parsley roots,
  • 100 ml coconut milk,
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil,
  • spices: allspice, nutmeg, pepper.

Preparation method:

  1. Wash and cut the parsley.
  2. Heat the herb in a pot in oil, add the parsley, pumpkin and stew 10min.
  3. Pour water (600-700 ml) into a pot, cook for 20 minutes, adding coconut milk 5 minutes before the end. Blend, add spices.

Breakfast - 2-3 soft-boiled eggs, boiled young green beans with 1 tablespoon of olive oil

Second breakfast - a wheat roll smeared with butter with high-quality sausage, lettuce and peeled tomato

Lunch - meatballs in tomato sauce served with white rice

Composition:

  • 300 g minced poultry,
  • 1 small egg,
  • parsley,
  • dill,
  • tomato puree 300-400 ml,
  • pinch of s alt and pepper.

Preparation method:

  1. Season the meat.
  2. Add greens and egg.
  3. Mix and form small meatballs.
  4. Boil 200 ml of water and add the tomato puree. Stir and season.
  5. Put in the meatballs and simmer for about 30 minutes.

Afternoon tea - cocktail: a glass of buttermilk + ripe banana

Dinner - 100 g of boiled chicken breast, mashed broccoli and 1 tablespoon of butter
