In order to finally diagnose pre-diabetes, you should perform the tests prescribed by your doctor - blood glucose testing or the so-called glucose curve. It is also worth solving the test, which is not a diagnostic tool, but its result may prompt you to visit a doctor and perform appropriate tests.

The test comes from the report "Poland in pre-diabetes" and was developed by prof. dr hab. n. med. Krzysztof Strojk, National Consultant in the field of Diabetology.

Remember that pre-diabetes can only be diagnosed by a doctor based on the results of a blood sugar test. Pre-diabetes is defined when, after two fasting tests (i.e. at least 8 hours after the last meal), it turns out that its level remains between 100 and 125 mg%.
