Exercises with a chair are recommended as a variety to everyday home training. Training with a chair will help you strengthen your leg muscles, firm your buttocks and shape your arms. Some exercises will even be easier when you use a chair - you will do the squats and leg swings more precisely (and with less breathlessness, if you are a beginner).
Before you start exercising, be sure to warm up! You can jog in place for a few minutes, jump rope, do 10 swings of your arms and bends to your left and right legs.
