Depending on your skill level, you can repeat this training program 2, 3 or 4 times in a row. Repeat each exercise for 30 seconds, and take 10-second breaks between each sequence.

Exercise 3-4 times a week and you will notice the first results after 2 weeks.

Before you start exercising, prepare for exercise with a short warm-up, and after training, be sure to stretch your muscles.
