Have been suffering from migraines for 8 years. Recently, I noticed (3 years ago) that sometimes one pupil enlarges more than the other and by the time it shrinks, the image is blurry. The ophthalmologist said there was nothing to worry about. My question is, could this be related to migraine?

If these symptoms are related, i.e., they occur before the migraine attack, they can be associated with migraine, but if they are not related to the migraine attack, see a neurologist.
