Hello, My wife has been struggling with KK for a few months, we are removing and they are coming back … We have read a lot recently that a proper diet in many people was able to prevent the formation of new ones if not to reverse it. WHAT DIET, Mrs. Doctor? What Diet to have a strong immune system to fight KK and also what diet to hinder the functioning of condylomas acuminata?
Good morning! A diet in HPV infection is a broadly understood diet that strengthens your own immunity. Since viral replication is enhanced by poor immunity, it is essential to keep the immune system functioning at an optimal level. So:
- avoid cigarette smoke and alcohol
- use the most natural and unprocessed food, preferably raw, containing many foods rich in antioxidants and vitamins A, C, E, folic acid and selenium, i.e. mainly green and red vegetables and fruits, groats
- eat beneficial bacteria (fermented food, possibly probiotics) it will increase the immunity at the level of the intestine and its sealing
- supplement vitamin D3 in case of deficiencies. Regards
