I am 24 years old and on the 3rd day of the so-called ballerina diet. I know it is unhe althy, but I have really tried everything (workouts, pills, he althy eating, diets and fasting). All hunger pangs, except this one, so it can be said that it is my last hope. The problem is, I can't go without food. Literally. I survived the first day without any problems, the second it started. When I felt hungry, I drank water instead of food. I drank maybe 4 liters, if not more. After all this, I threw up. Today is the third day and I feel like eating.

With such radical diets and hunger strikes you terribly disturb your body, it doesn't know what to do. You will not lose weight by using the above-mentioned methods, you will only slow down your metabolic rate even more, because you will burn muscles. If you don't fuel your body to work, it first gets its energy from your muscles, not fat, as you'd like.

I advise you to go on a normal, he althy, balanced diet. Use it for a longer time, let the body recover and speed up the metabolism. Let everything happen gradually. If you don't lose weight after eating the right food for a long time, do a thyroid test, you may have a hormonal imbalance that makes it difficult to lose weight.
