I have been complaining about dizziness and tinnitus for several weeks. A few days ago, the fingers of my right hand started to go numb. For years I have had problems with my spine, but with its lower part (I have heard that vertigo can be related to the cervical spine). I would like to add that the blood tests were good, the ENT specialist did not find any abnormalities either. Can such symptoms indicate a serious illness or is it just stress and exhaustion?

To be honest, rather, "cervical-related" vertigo is a heavily overused term. Indeed, pain and numbness in the right hand may be related to the cervical spine. Noise and dizziness often indicate damage to the labyrinth. Otolaryngologists like to throw everything on the spine.

I think symptomatic treatment is worth applying.
