Exercises for sexy buttocks: training rules

Remember that technique is as important as exercise. Here are a few of the most important principles that underpin your buttock training:

- for squats, keep your legs hip-width apart and remember to keep your back straight (you cannot lean forward);

- do the squat until a right angle is formed between the calf and the thigh;

- in a squat, the knee must not protrude beyond the line of the toes, and the shoulder blades should be pulled down;

- when you straighten up, tighten your buttocks and abdominal muscles.

Exercise is best done 3-4 times a week, not less than 15 minutes, and after the first month of regular exercise, the effects will be visible.
