Exercise for a flat stomach: lunge legs with stretching

Start in the frog position (palms flat on the floor, feet close to palms. Jump back (similar to a push-up position), come back to the starting position, grab the water bottle in front of you and vigorously extend your arms. Repeat 20-30 times.

Exercise for a flat stomach: palm support on the couch

Make a plank position on straightened arms, rest your legs on the couch. Raise your right leg up for a moment, then place it next to your right hand and return to the starting position. Repeat the exercise 20-30 times and do the same with your left leg.
