Aerobic Weider Six is a set of six consecutive aerobic exercises that should be performed continuously. When performing the exercises, remember to stop the movement when the muscles are fully tense, for about 2-3 seconds. Initially, the A6W training consists of 6 exercise cycles (the exercise should be performed 6 times) and 2 to 3 series (the number of repetitions of the cycles during the day). Over time, the number of cycles and series systematically increases - with the beginning of each week, the number of repetitions of exercises in one series increases. On the last day, i.e. the 42nd day, the training consists of 24 cycles that must be repeated 3 times.

The daily A6W training time is approx. 40 minutes. Therefore, it is a set of exercises that will not only strengthen the abdominal muscles, but also help us get rid of the so-called. donuts.
