Knowing female erogenous points or your own erotic body map makes it easier to enjoy sex. There are several erogenous zones on a woman's body, the appropriate stimulation of which gives a thrill of excitement and enhances orgasm.
In terms of the number of erogenous zones, the female body undoubtedly wins over the male body. According to scientific research , erogenous points in womenoccupy as much as 15% of the body surface, and in men - only 3% of the surface. Most of them are extra-genital zones, including neck, breasts, lips, abdomen (especially around the navel), inner thighs, buttocks, back in the area between the shoulder blades, inner surface of the hands, knee bends, ankles and genitals.
The caresses of the latter provide women with the greatest sexual arousal, but unlike men, they should not be caressed at once. Women need stimulation of many extragenital points before they are ready for intercourse. There are several points in the genital area, the stimulation of which is extremely exciting for most women.
Point C - clitoris
After years of G-spot advantage, the clitoris is once again taking the top spot of the most erogenous points in the female body. Contrary to the imaginary G-spot, the clitoris is real and its stimulation provides exceptionally intense sensations. According to scientists, it is she who is responsible for the female orgasm. Research in recent years has shown that what is popularly called vaginal orgasm is actually an orgasm achieved as a result of stimulating the clitoral muscles hidden deep within the vagina. As it turns out, the clitoris extends deep into the vagina, just below the labia. During intercourse, the cavernous bodies that make up the clitoris fill with blood and put pressure on the vagina, making it more sensitive to stimuli. The orgasm resulting from the penetration of the vagina is therefore largely a result of the irritation of the inner clitoris. According to statistics, as many as 70% of women achieve orgasm only through clitoral stimulation, and only 30% during vaginal intercourse. Clitoral orgasm is described as more intense, and most women value it more than a vaginal orgasm.
G-point
G-spot The magic G-spot is located 4 cm from the entrance to the vagina, on the front of the vaginaside. It's easier to feel it when a woman is aroused - then it resembles a soft pillow. Unfortunately, not all women are equally sensitive. Many ladies do not feel the pleasure of caressing this place at all and appreciate clitoral stimulation much more. These opinions allowed scientists to conclude that the G point does not exist at all. The theory about the existence of a magic button of pleasure, fashionable in the 1980s, seems to fade in the face of the latest research. It is now assumed that the clitoris is the primary source of female orgasm, and the G-spot, if it exists, is certainly not equally sensitive to stimuli in all women.
AFE zone
The AFE (Anterior Fornix Erogenous zone), also known as the second G-spot, is a fold of smooth skin located on the anterior and posterior vaginal walls near the cervix. Its stimulation immediately moisturizes the vagina, and more sophisticated caresses can give an extremely intense orgasm. The erogenous AFE zone should be stimulated similarly to the G point, i.e. with the recalling movement of the finger. It is recommended to stimulate this area in case of problems with proper vaginal lubrication during intercourse.
Point U
The next female erogenous zone, point U, is jokingly said: unknown by most women, underestimated by the rest. I think there is something to it, because only 6% of women admit to stimulating the U-point during foreplay. The U point is a small area just above the urethra. Its stimulation may be pleasant, but not to everyone and not at once. U-point caresses are recommended only when the woman is strongly aroused. It can be stimulated with the tongue or with the tip of the little finger. It is best to do this between orgasms, when we want to maintain the right level of arousal, but the clitoris is still too sensitive to touch after the previous orgasm.
