Hello. I am 16 years old and have had an enlarged testicle for some time. Could it be due to masturbation? The nucleus is much larger than the other. Does it have to be cancer or some other disease? I am asking for a quick answer. The testicle has no lumps, it is hard and enlarged.
Unfortunately, I cannot answer your question unequivocally - a medical examination is necessary. You are in adolescence, and hence, a period of changes, and at the same time it is the period in your life when you most often find hyperplastic changes in the testicles. I suggest you go to the doctor for an examination. How fast is the testicle enlarging?
