Based on the amount of cations and anions of individual chemical compounds (magnesium, calcium, bicarbonates, sodium and sulphates) contained in water, we choose the one that best suits our needs. Keep bottled water in a dark and cool place. Then they will retain their full properties. Forget about drinking straight from the bottle (unless it's a small bottle with a spout), because a lot of bacteria then end up in the water.

Sulfates in water
Sulphates also show very good effect when theirsthe content is at least 250 mg / l. They have a positive effect on the metabolism and increase the secretion of bile. They can sometimes cause diarrhea at levels above 600 mg / l.
Sodium in water
The controversial component of the waters is sodium. It occurs in many mineral waters in amounts above the minimum required - 200 mg / l. It prevents dehydration of the body and maintains the acid-base balance. Its lack in the body causes weakness and digestive disorders. The problem, however, is that we consume it in excessive amounts. But it is not the water that is absolutely to blame for it, but other food products.
Potassium in water
However, there is no need to look for potassium in the waters, which is indeed very much needed by the body, especially for the proper functioning of the heart. However, no water will provide the right amount of this element.
