The Guide to Treatment Terms is a new internet search engine of the National He alth Fund. Here you can check where you can find doctor's help as soon as possible. The database contains nearly 14,000 contact details of medical facilities providing services under the contract with the National He alth Fund.
In the Informator o Terminy Leczenia - https://terminyleczenia.nfz.gov.pl/ - you will find addresses and telephone numbers for medical facilities (hospitals, he alth clinics) all over Poland, and also check:
- where and when you will get medical help,
- how many people are waiting for treatment in the facility you have chosen,
- Is the facility equipped with facilities for the disabled, such as parking spaces, a ramp or ramp for wheelchairs, a lift or adapted bathrooms.
The online information on treatment dates is created on the basis of data on treatment dates submitted to the National He alth Fund every week directly by medical institutions. If you notice that the date of your visit to the doctor is different than in the guide, you can report it to the website administrator. The National He alth Fund declares that each report will be clarified with the medical facility.
The new search engine has replaced the queue.nfz.gov.pl website. It has a new graphic design and functionalities dedicated to people with disabilities - contrast, the possibility of enlarging the page and its use by screen readers.
