I am 15 years old and completely do not accept my body. Most of the people around, especially my parents, have been telling me for some time that I have anorexia. The reality is, I've been eating one apple a day and a bottle of water for some time. Until now, I didn't want to listen to my parents' advice, but recently I noticed that my hair was starting to fall out. I was scared when I read about the effects of this disease but … I can't stop. I am terrified of every calories - recently I took laxatives because … I ate two carrots, and not one, as it was in the plan. I look in the mirror and see a cosmically fat man. I think I'm slowly starting to fear my shadow. I don't want to talk to my parents about it, because their reaction will probably only be: we told you not! I do not want to go to the hospital for meals, I am afraid, but I feel that they will take me there by force soon. What can I do to help myself?

Nothing to add, nothing less - anorexia. It's good that the environment is already aware of it, now it's the lady's turn: save yourself, don't be honorable, go to the doctor, if necessary - to the hospital or to a special eating disorders unit. You have ambitions - to be a doctor, probably also a wife and a mother, and here hair falls out, menstruation may stop, you sit on your bones, not on your buttocks, you lack strength … Regards!
