Hello. I'm only 21 years old and I've been through a lot in my life. For about 2 months it has been getting worse with me. I failed my studies, I can't sleep at night, I can't focus on anything, I neglect my family, I don't feel like eating anything, I might not eat all day, and on the other day I can consume half the refrigerator. In addition, I am getting married this year and I have already wanted to cancel it a few times just because I feel guilty that my fiancé will tire me, etc. Overall I have a feeling that if something is wrong at our house, this is my fault. Slowly, I can't cope with myself anymore and I don't know what to do, and I'm ashamed to go to the doctor.
Now it can be easier, because you wrote about a problem that you really have no reason to be ashamed of! This is an important moment, you need to organize your emotions and thoughts. Please see a psychologist. Everyone who helps in such matters - will understand you and help you understand yourself better. Regards!
Remember that our expert's answer is informative and will not replace a visit to the doctor.
