  • Adopt a suitable position (sitting or lying - depending on the type of inhaler you are using).
  • Apply the mask to your face so that it sticks tightly to it (only then can you achieve full treatment effectiveness). If you nebulize through the mouthpiece, hold it with your teeth and wrap your lips tightly around it.
  • Turn on the device. Take slow, deep, deep breaths through your mouth, and at the top of the inhale, he briefly held his breath. Keep breathing in this way until the medication cup is empty. Rinse your mouth after inhalation.
