Doctor, I wake up a few times a night in a sweat, I'm still tired, around 13-14 my eyes close by themselves, neither coffee nor redbull helps. Is there any way to sleep peacefully all night? I do not want to take sleeping pills - my internist prescribed them for me, but after them I did not feel better - the fact that I slept all night, but during the day I was still unconscious.
There can be many reasons for such disorders, you did not write anything about other symptoms such as snoring, weight loss etc. The cause of waking up can be very different, and the consequence is daytime sleepiness. So you need diagnostics of broadly understood daytime sleepiness - a bag of diagnoses into which you can throw a lot. However, I suggest that you visit your doctor and provide more clinical information to guide the diagnosis.
