Kundalini Yoga is a spiritual yoga school based mainly on meditation. It is about looking for ways to awaken the Kundalini energy that is supposed to lie dormant at the base of the spine, more specifically in the lower back, in the triangular area between the waistband and the tailbone. Its symbol is a sleeping snake with a tail in its mouth. The main goal of Kundalini yoga is meditation, which is characterized by mudras (special hand gestures), mantras and hymns. Feeling Kundalini Energy

Sit naked facing each other. Straighten your back and rest your palms with fingers together (index and thumb) on your knees. Maintain pattern contact all the time. Then lower your heads. Take a deep breath. Imagine that with each exhalation you sink deeper and deeper into the center of erotic energy. Close your eyes. As you breathe in slowly, raise your heads as you feel the energy rising from within. Again, bow your heads when you exhale.
Combining energy
Get closer to each other so that your knees are touching. Look each other in the eye, breathe in a consistent rhythm. Wrap your arms around each other's neck. Hold your shoulders and breathe together for a few minutes as you feel the erotic energy flowing from your body to your body. Raising Energy Stand in front of you with an arm outstretched. It is about drawing in only the muscles of the perineum. As you draw in the muscles, take a deep breath, hold your muscles tight for a few seconds, and let the air out slowly from your lungs.
