Where should my boyfriend go to see if he is fertile? What are the consequences of a man having one testicle and the other most likely in his abdomen? Is it sterile? What are the he alth risks of this?
One testicle may be enough to bear offspring, and in order to initially determine the partner's abilities, a sperm quality test should be performed. The presence of an undescended testicle, on the other hand, is associated with a higher risk of testicular cancer. Perhaps it is worth visiting a urologist for an examination and performing an ultrasound of the abdominal cavity.
