In the fourth year of life, I was diagnosed with urolithiasis of the right kidney. I had an operation, but after a year there were new stones. I went to Sweden, where I underwent outpatient treatment, I also had to go to the clinic. After 20 years, I found myself on the table - I volunteered because of terrible pains. I had a resection of the upper pole of my right kidney, breaking the stones after less than six months, because they were new. Currently, the left kidney has stones, it is enlarged and has taken over partial work of the right kidney; the law also has stones. Both of them cheer me up often. Should the rest of the right kidney be removed and the left kidney crushed? In addition, I have severe dizziness, up to fainting and vomiting, I have a problem with defecation, and I also lose a lot of hair.
Dizziness, fainting and hair problems do not have to be associated with urolithiasis. You have urolithiasis from early childhood, it is possible that there are factors contributing to the formation of deposits. It would be good to rule out such a situation. Treatment of urolithiasis should be carried out in such a way as to maintain the best possible renal function - the decision to remove the kidney cannot be made hastily. The best methods of treatment are minimally invasive methods because they damage the kidneys to a lesser extent. I also suggest that you take care to prevent the formation of new calculus after healing - you need to change your diet and drink plenty of fluids.
