I am 22 years old and a few days ago it was found that I had sand in my right kidney (it was just my right lower abdomen that hurt me and my urine was bloody). I've been taking medications for 3 days, and the pain always gets worse in the afternoon. Will it hurt like this for a long time? Thank you very much for all information.
Sand is a very ambiguous term. You probably have small deposits and their excretion may cause discomfort. In addition, the presence of deposits may cause inflammation of the surrounding tissues, which exacerbates the symptoms. Urolithiasis can recur. Tramal is a strong pain reliever, but you may also want to use anti-inflammatory drugs. I do not know how long the excretion will take. I do not know how it was assessed, for example, in ultrasound. You should also drink plenty of fluids.
