I have a torn frenulum, it happened three weeks ago, at the beginning it was bleeding a lot, but it didn't hurt at all. Now that I stretch a little more foreskin, it pinches me a little more, wait for me to recover? go to the doctor for some ointment? He may have surgery to get rid of the frenulum. I am afraid that during sex he will tear more or completely tear.
Tearing the frenulum, as the name suggests, causes its incomplete rupture. It is difficult for me to judge whether it is still an obstacle in retracting the foreskin. My suggestion is to consult a urologist. Until healed, one should refrain from sexual activity, otherwise the scar formed may cause significant difficulties during intercourse.
