A year ago I was diagnosed with Enterococcus Faecalis and Escherichia Coli in semen. For half a year I was unsuccessfully treated with antibiotics. The doctor ordered an autovaccine. 2 weeks of cultivation after the last injection, Enterococcus Faecalis was again evident. Overall I feel fine, but sometimes I feel pain in the perineum, back of the spine and pelvis (my job is sedentary). Halfway through the autovaccine treatment I felt pain in my thighs and a burning sensation in my lower abdomen, and I had trouble passing stools for several days. Sometimes at work, during periods of greater stress, pollakiuria occurs and a burning sensation in the urethra occurs. I am asking you a few questions because my doctor is on a 3-week vacation and I would like to get an opinion from the other source. I am leaving for England in October. As far as I know, the autovaccine can be repeated. After what period? If I went to another doctor at this point, I would have made it. You don't know if such a vaccine is expensive in England? What are the other treatment options, does it make sense to take antibiotics again? Returning to the past, I must have had the bacteria much earlier than the onset of the strong inflammation (no sexual contact during this period). Inflammation appeared after masturbation followed by urinary frequency, burning sensation and headache. Is any mechanical damage possible and the bacteria infiltrate from elsewhere? Should doctors pay attention and is it treated? Regards Krzysztof.

From the information provided by you, it can be concluded that you suffer from chronic inflammation of the prostate gland. There is no certainty that a cure will be achieved by giving the autovaccine again. Treatment of chronic inflammation of the prostate gland is difficult and does not always give the results expected by the patient. I suggest going to a urologist for further treatment.
