I am 67 years old and 15 kg overweight, height 160 cm and weigh 85 kg, because I have problems with my spine and joints, I would like to lose weight at least 10 kg. What diet to follow so that the body does not lose too much firmness? I am still working, sometimes I feel heartburn, my stomach is full after eating some food. Meat is good for me, but I eat it little, because I prefer carbohydrate dishes, which unfortunately make me feel bad, and also raw ones, I also eat sweet because I like it, and I don't like cooking. I am asking for advice, I will even eat meat every day, just to lose 10 kg. I know that such a weight will reduce my ailments, because I have already tried it once. Can I follow a powdered diet called 5 days / 5 meals / for 3 weeks? I used to lose weight once, but I was younger. I care about cheap meals.
Any diet that is followed regularly will give very good results. I prefer a diet rich in fish, vegetables, nuts and whole grains. There are more and more wonderful vegetables in the bazaars, from which you can create any compositions. If you do not decide on any particular diet, I suggest using the method of 5 dessert plates. As much as can fit (of the above-mentioned ingredients) and not a gram more. In order for the skin to retain its firmness, you need to drink water, preferably mineral water, and lubricate the body with appropriate cosmetics, which will additionally stimulate the production of collagen and elastin. You can also keep the skin firm by exercising the right amount. Here I recommend: swimming pool, Nordic walking, dancing, aqua aerobics, pilates. As for the powdered diet, I don't know which lady you're asking about. I have used Medidiet in my practice and the patients were very satisfied.
