She is full of smile, vigor and sex appeal. This is undoubtedly the merit of dancing - her greatest passion. But not only it makes "Black Mamba" delight us with its excellent condition.

There are three factors that help you stay fit for years to come. The first is movement. He makes us smile, raises adrenaline and toughens us. I - apart from dancing - love poles. But I do not take recreational walks with them, but walk with a very quick, decisive step.

I believe that walking is the best and easiest form of activity. In addition, the least demanding, because in the city, in the countryside, in the forest, in the park … you can grow them everywhere, you just need to have comfortable shoes. As my husband runs (half-marathons and marathons), he tries to infect me with his passion. For now, I'm just "running up". When walking with poles, I try to run for a few minutes. As a percentage, there is not much of this race yet, but … more and more every day. Maybe I'll start someday?

In winter, I sometimes like to go to the gym. What else turns me on? Tennis! It is known that for avid players, going to the court once a week is definitely not enough, but it is enough for me. Because I have a dance. And I live it …

I eat with the alarm clock

Second thing - I call it a diet, but it's more about he althy eating. I know exactly what serves me and what I must avoid. Except… I don't always follow it. (laughs) Sometimes I allow myself to do something unhe althy, but… we supposedly need that too - if only for my mental he alth! Fortunately, there are more days when I eat reasonably.

I choose scrambled eggs or cereals for breakfast. Later I pick some fruit. For lunch I eat chicken and greens, and for dinner I eat cottage cheese with vegetables or some salad. I try to eat very regularly. So much so that I set an alarm on my phone - so that it would ring every three hours and remind me to eat something. I always have a he althy snack in my purse: an apple, a pear, some pips or grains.

I'm looking for bright pages in my life

And most importantly - positive thinking! Every morning, when I wake up, I try to smile to myself and repeat: "It's wonderful!", "I'm happy." I believe that every life change begins with good cheer. As long as we don't end up on this one thought. They must follow herdeeds! So when we come up with the idea: "It would be nice to go to the mountains, get a new job", the second thought should be focused on how we can do it.

If we are consistent, we will surely make a dream come true. It is very important to accept life with all its benefits. I know it's easy to talk about when there are no problems. But when they do appear, instead of despairing, you need to look for a way out. Let's look for the bright sides in life! For me the glass is not half empty - it is half full !!!
