I'm 28 years old. For over 3 months I have been exercising intensively in the gym 3 times a week, because I wanted to reduce unnecessary fat and improve the appearance of my figure. The weight was reduced by 11 kg. I did hormone tests before training and now. I am asking for an interpretation of these because they seem disturbing to me. 3 months ago: testosterone 455ng / dl, prolactin - 8.8ng / ml, estradiol 26.20 pg / ml. Now: testosterone - 2.51ng / ml, prolactin - 13.38ng / ml, estradiol - 34.42 pg / ml. From what I know, during heavy weight training and fat reduction, testosterone should have a higher level, and estradiol should be lower, and in my case it is quite the opposite, testosterone dropped below the norm.
Levels of prolactin and estradiol are normal, more or less at the same level. They are correct with the Lord. The concentrations of these hormones in successive determinations are never the same, they fluctuate, but always within the normal range. However, the testosterone concentration in the second test seems to be below the normal level because you did not provide reference values. If you use any supplements, they may contain steroids or substances with such action and this may be the reason for the reduction of testosterone production. If you do not accept anything like this, I advise you to consult an endocrinologist in person.
