For several years I have had terrible headaches, located above the temple or above the eye, on both sides of my head. I have no nausea or other symptoms indicative of migraine. The only thing that accompanies the pain is a slight dizziness, and I feel such a painful pressure on the eyeball from the inside - depending on which side my head hurts.
You should go to an ophthalmologist and tell exactly about your ailments. There are many ophthalmic diseases that are associated with pain in the eyeballs and the entire head. If the ophthalmologist does not find any changes in the eyesight, it is worth asking your family doctor or internist for advice. Sometimes additional tests are required to determine the cause of headaches.
