My cousin has neurosis, is under constant medical supervision, takes medications. How can the family help him get through this disease? In my opinion, it was the family in him that caused it!

Hello! It often happens that the family is the factor that activates or strengthens various kinds of disease reactions. As is the case with your cousin - I can't know. However, if your relatives really want to heal a family member, you should undergo family therapy. In the treatment of neurosis, just being under a doctor's supervision will bring little newness. Because it will only be the elimination of symptoms, not the elimination of the causes. Here, psychological therapy is needed - if necessary, not only of the sick person, but also of their immediate environment.
