First of all, you should know what your personal reasons are to free yourself from masturbation and what exactly you want to free yourself from. Is it guilt or some obsessive thoughts or something else? Dealing with a habit alone is unlikely to be effective. It is important to discover what it is needed for, what emotions it involves. In your letter, you linked masturbation with the death of your father, with nervousness, and with stress. Maybe working with these memories and emotions psychologically will do more to you than simply fighting masturbation, actually fighting yourself. Regards
