Could gluttony have any psychological background? I was losing weight so many times and sometimes I lost a lot of weight, but then I always started to gobble up without inhibitions. I eat as long as there is, or I'm starving, I can't get a middle ground. I don't want to get myself to such a state that one day I won't get out of bed.

All human behavior has psychological aspects. Indeed, it is worth finding out why you keep eating (and from time to time lose weight). And only you can discover why food is so important in your life, for what it is needed. You wrote that you cannot get a middle ground. Perhaps for some reason you find it attractive to go to extremes. On one side is doing something without inhibitions, on the other side is not getting out of bed. It is also worth checking if there are any people (real or imaginary) for whom your food is important, whose positive or negative emotions may arise from your food or not. Instead of worrying and calling for help, I advise you to try to find out why you are doing what you are doing.
