Is there always pain after such treatment?

Tooth canal treatment involves the removal of dead or "diseased" pulp from the tooth chamber and root canals. The endodontist does this by "developing" the canals mechanically and chemically. The next step is to fill the "gaps" that have been created. Unfortunately, endodontic treatment is not the most pleasant one, and its "disadvantage" is the duration of treatment. In order to completely heal an infected tooth, it is necessary to visit the dentist several times. The treatments themselves are not painful because they are performed under anesthesia. However, after the effect of the anesthetic has worn off, pain may occur. It is then necessary to check with the dentist.
