I'm looking for help for my fiancée. She is mentally very weak and is not resistant to stress at work. Changing her profession did not bring any results either. My fiancée's previous workplace had made my fiancée nervous, this was the diagnosis of a psychiatrist. Now, when I change my profession, the same things start to happen and I feel helpless. How can I help her?
It would be easier to say that you are looking for help for yourself. You have undertaken a difficult task, you want to help, but as you yourself write, you feel helpless. The mental weakness of your fiancée has enormous strength and makes you helpless. It is worth considering what kind of conflict the fiancée is experiencing and which side of this conflict you are taking. Are you more for her to work (to fulfill such a social expectation? To be materially independent?) Or for her to have peace and be free from duties? I'm not sure, but I have the feeling that the attitude is that a fiancée should overcome her weakness, stay at work and be happy. It might be difficult. I advise you to consider together with her what arouses her objection in the situation of being employed. It may be a reluctance to follow the daily routine obligations, to obey the orders of superiors, or something else. Finding out about this may give her a chance to find some kind of profitable job that is not so debilitating for her.
