Children's oil greases and moisturizes the skin of the baby's face and body, protects against moisture loss, and perfectly fights cradle cap.

Children's olive oilcan be used in several ways.

  • First of all, as a water softener and moisturizerskinwhile bathing - just pour a few drops of olive into a bathtub with warm water. But beware: both the bathtub andchildbecome very slippery then, so it is a good idea to put a folded towel on the bottom of the bathtub, and hold the child so that it does not slip out of your hands.
  • The second way is to lubricate the baby's wet skin right after the bath. This method is best because by applying the oil in this way, you can retain 10 times more moisture in the skin than after applying the body lotion. The olive oil can also be used on dry baby skin.

There are two types of olives on sale: plain, semi-fluid, and gel-coated olive. The latter is easier to apply. Both leave a greasy film on the skin.

Olives can be pure or enriched with plant extracts such as aloe (which helps moisturize dry skin) or chamomile (soothes irritations).

It is usually applied once a day, after a bath.

Note: the olive often irritates very sensitive skin, so it is best - before you apply it to your baby's body for the first time - on a small fragment of the skin to test how your baby reacts to it.
