Is it possible to train on this equipment when overpressure?

Generally, endurance effort used systematically has a positive effect, among others, on the circulatory system and leads to the normalization and reduction of blood pressure. Pressure above 180/110 mmHg is an absolute contraindication to exercise, but even at 140/90 you should consult a doctor to determine the cause of high blood pressure and possible remedial measures.
