I run almost every day. However, I wonder if I'm doing it right, is there any technique that gives the best results to improve my figure and is running alone enough? Or maybe we should add some body shaping exercises?

Systematic running gives a lot, as long as it lasts long enough (at least 20 minutes at a time). Some only run, always ending the running session with stretching exercises, which strengthens all muscle parts. In addition to running, as a supplement, it is worth using exercises to strengthen the muscles at least twice a week (30 minutes each), whose task will be to stabilize the joints. Instead of 6 running sessions a week, you can use 4 and replace 2 with swimming.
